Notes:
1 - Please note this pail is not airtight. If you require an airtight hamper, please visit your local home improvement center and buy the appropriate garbage can.  The easy opening lid allows you to drop soiled diaper in while keeping one hand free. It is not airtight, and you can expect some odor. The deodorant disks will reduce but will not entirely eliminate pail odor.
2- Please note if you do not like this pail you may return it, but we do not pay for return shipping and we do not refund the cost of shipping the pail to you.
3- This pail makes a nice laundry hamper once it is no longer needed for cloth diapers.
4- Replacement lids are available as they can break if stepped on.
5- Diaper pail is 23.5 inches tall, and the top dimensions are 12x15.

This diaper pail has been around since the early 90s.  The manufacturer coordinated the design with members of the National Association of Diaper Services, now defunct.  We provided it to our diaper service customers from about 1991 through 1997 (Mothers' Little Helper - Salt Lake City, UT).  I have had at least one of these pails in my home ever since as either a diaper pail, laundry hamper, garage garbage can and as a toy bin for long barreled squirt guns.  It has been the industry standard for dirty cloth diapers for the past 30 years.

1- The dimensional weight for shipping a single pail is 34 pounds, two pails is 38 pounds.  Because of this, it is expensive to ship just a couple pails by themselves.  Much more expensive per pail then ordering 12 from BNI.  If you order other products with the pail(s) we will try to use the space inside the pail and around it to fill the box.
